turning interest into bookings
From a comment to your booking page.
Content that works brings questions: prices, dates, whether the northern lights are guaranteed. We set up a reply system that answers them in your hotel's voice, day and night, and sends every enquiry to your own booking page.

The problem
A reel that performs well creates hundreds of unanswered messages.
When a post reaches a few hundred thousand people, the questions arrive for days, mostly at night and from other time zones. What does it cost, is March free, can you actually see the northern lights. Answered two days later, those people have booked somewhere else.
The tools that automate Instagram messages do not make the content that creates them, and the agencies that make content do not touch the inbox. We do both, so a reply can refer to the post somebody has just watched.
Proof

Reels from the partners running the reply system. The figures under each post come live from its insights.

A conversation
What it looks like from the guest's side.
Before anything is switched on we learn your hotel: the rooms, the seasons, the questions guests ask every week and the way you talk to them. From that we build a reply system that answers the most asked questions in your voice, day and night. When somebody needs a person, a person takes over — your front desk or us, as agreed. Every link points to your own booking page.

What you get
How the reply system is set up.
- We learn your hotel first
- The rooms, the rates, the seasons, and the questions you already answer every week. The replies are only as good as that groundwork.
- Answers written in your voice, with you
- We draft them from your own wording and you approve them before they go live. A guest should not be able to tell them from your front desk.
- A person takes over when one is needed
- Anything the system is unsure of goes to your reception or to us, agreed in advance. If a guest asks whether they are talking to a person, they are told.
- A keyword in the comments opens a conversation
- A post invites one word in the comments. The word opens a message that already has the right link in it.
- Every link points to your booking page
- Not a form we own, not a third party. The booking and the guest details stay yours.
- A report every month
- Conversations started, links sent, and what we can trace through to a stay. Where we cannot trace it, we say so instead of estimating.
The hotels
Where the reply system is running.
The partnerships it was built on. Each case study has the full story and every number behind it.
What it costs
One monthly fee, and the trips quoted separately.
- A content trip
- 3,500 to 4,000 €
- per trip, plus travel and stay
- The monthly partnership
- around 3,500 €
- per month, from 12 months
Spread across the year, most partners land between 3,700 and 4,300 € a month.
Some partners are on a growth model instead: a lower monthly fee plus a share of every booking we can trace to the channel.
Built for hotels with a nightly rate above about 250 € and something worth filming.
Questions
Questions hotels ask about the messages.
The fair ones, answered plainly.
Is this automated, or is it a person?
Both. The questions that repeat are answered automatically, in your wording, because they arrive at all hours. Anything else goes to a person. If a guest asks whether they are speaking to a human, they are told the truth.
Will guests be able to tell?
What they notice is that somebody answered quickly. We write the replies with you so that they read like your hotel rather than a support desk, and the messages that need a person reach one.
Do you need access to our booking system?
No. The replies direct people to your booking page; they do not read live availability. If you want real-time availability inside Instagram, that needs a hotel messaging tool on top, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something that cannot do it.
What happens if we stop working with you?
The account and the flows are yours. We hand over the wording and the setup, and there is nothing for us to take back.
We have a small team. Will this create more work for us?
It should reduce it. The system handles the questions that repeat, so your staff only see the messages that genuinely need them.
