Arctic hotels

Social media for Arctic hotels.

We are a two-person team running social media for Arctic hotels: five partnerships in northern Finland and in Lofoten. We travel to the property, film for several days, and then publish and run the channel from there.

The problem

Guests choose an Arctic hotel months before they compare prices.

Somebody deciding between Lapland, northern Norway and Iceland is not comparing room rates. They see a place on Instagram in February, save it, and book it in October. By then the decision is largely made.

Most northern hotels are missing from that stage, because the channel is run between check-ins by whoever has a spare hour. We take it over: filming on location, publishing on all three platforms, answering the messages, and sending every enquiry to your own booking page.

Proof

Reels we filmed in the north, with their real numbers.

Published on the hotels' own accounts, with no paid promotion. The figures under each post come live from its insights.

What you get

What is included in an Arctic hotel partnership.

Filming trips planned on the forecast
Three to five days on site, timed to the snow and the light rather than a date fixed months in advance. You get the window ahead of time.
Enough footage to publish all year
One trip covers the quiet months. What we film in February goes out in June, when people start planning a winter trip.
Reels, TikToks and Facebook posts, published for you
We edit for all three platforms, write the captions and publish on your accounts. The accounts stay yours.
Captions and hooks written for search
Guests now search for destinations inside Instagram and TikTok. We write the first line and the on-screen text with those terms in them.
Turning comments into direct bookings
One reel can bring several hundred questions in a night. A reply system in your hotel's voice answers them, and every link points at your own booking page.
A report every month
Views, saves, shares and followers, each with a line saying what it counts, plus what worked and what is planned next.

The hotels

The Arctic hotels we film for.

Five partnerships, from a glass igloo village we have run since 2023 to a resort we started filming before it opened.

What it costs

One monthly fee, and the trips quoted separately.

A content trip
3,500 to 4,000 €
per trip, plus travel and stay
The monthly partnership
around 3,500 €
per month, from 12 months

Spread across the year, most partners land between 3,700 and 4,300 € a month.

Some partners are on a growth model instead: a lower monthly fee plus a share of every booking we can trace to the channel.

Built for hotels with a nightly rate above about 250 € and something worth filming.

Questions

Questions northern hotels ask.

The five that come up on almost every first call.

We are not in Lapland. Do you travel elsewhere?

Yes. We are based in Finland and work across the north, and we have been filming in Lofoten since 2024. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately from the fee, so you can see exactly what the journey costs.

Our season is only four months long. Is that enough to work with?

It is enough to film. The value is in the other eight months, when the property is quiet but guests are planning their trips. Footage shot in February is published through the summer, when people are deciding where to go.

What do you post in summer, when there is no snow?

The midnight sun, water, hiking and the light late at night. There is far less competition for that audience than for the aurora months, and it is often where the fastest growth comes from.

Do you work with hotels that compete with each other?

No. We do not take on two hotels chasing the same guest. If an application overlaps with a partner we already have, we tell you in our first reply rather than letting it run.

Who comes to the property?

The two of us. Julius films and Michelle produces. There is no crew and no freelancer you have not met.
