Creator-led social media for unique hotels
Turn social media into
your hotel's biggest
booking channel.
Two creators who do it all - film, edit, post and reach new customers for glass igloos, resorts and unique hotels people need to stay at. Organic only, on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook, and always directed to your own booking page.

The problem
Guests choose their hotel on social media long before they open a booking site.
They save a hotel in March and book it in October. Most hotels are missing out from this potential - social media is run as a side task by whoever at reception has a free hour.
We understand what the audience wants to see, so we give it one place to go: your website.
You look after the guests who are already there. We look after the ones still deciding.
The work
Videos people want to send to their partner.
Everything filmed by us, on location, edited to be searched, saved and sent.
Our hotels
The places we film for.
Five partnerships, from a glass igloo village we have run since 2023 to a hotel we started filming before it opened. Open one for its story and its numbers.

Aurora Village
Ivalo, Finnish Lapland

Hattvika Lodge
Lofoten, Norway

Levin Iglut
Levi, Finnish Lapland

Lumo Resort
Ruka-Kuusamo, Finland

Skyview Igloos
Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland
Most of our work is with glass igloo resorts, Arctic hotels and lodges, and hotels across Finland. We are open to any unique hotel with something worth filming, wherever it is.
Results
What attention turns into.
Views and saves are how it starts. These are the numbers a hotel actually cares about.
60,000 €+
in bookings, one hotel, one month
Gross booking value at Lumo Resort in the first month after we started posting again, 15 August to 18 September 2026, and a little over the figure shown. The resort asks every guest who books where they found them, so these bookings were counted one by one, not estimated.Lumo Resort's social media had been quiet for months. We started posting again on 15 August 2026, within the first month the resort traced more than 60,000 € in bookings back to it — gross booking value, counted directly by asking every person who books where they found them.
5.9M
views in that same month
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook views in the month after posting restarted on 15 August 2026, no ads. Before that the account had been quiet apart from collaborations.Where the bookings came from: 5.9 million views across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook in thirty days, with nothing spent on ads. One month of posting actively, on an account that had been sitting still.
+30%
more bookings straight through the hotel's own site
Reported by the hotel, year over yearAurora Village, year over year, reported by the hotel. Three years in, the audience we have built still sends people directly to their own booking system, removing dependency to OTA's almost entirely.
Julius and Michelle
Two creators, one goal: a fully booked hotel.

Julius is from Finland, Michelle from Germany. We have been travelling and filming unique hotels since 2019 - the audiences we built ourselves are people who book places like yours.
When you write to us, we answer. It is the two of us on every shoot — never a crew.
Why it works
Most hotels post the wrong things. We create what guests want to see.
What the hotel posted
Restaurant, bathroom, a dish. They do their job on the booking page. On Instagram they reach the followers the hotel already has, and almost nobody saves or sends them.

The same hotel as a moment: waking up in the cabin while the sky turns green. People save it for later and send it to the person they travel with. The caption tells them how to book.

For Hotels, Resorts & Unique Concepts
Here is how a partnership goes.

- 01
First, by email
You apply, we reply
You tell us about your hotel in the form. We review it carefully and evaluate whether we are the right fit. If we see potential, we will schedule a meeting.
- 02
Before your season
We plan
We start with what you already have and identify what’s missing. Then we plan the filming trip around the content your hotel needs, the experiences worth highlighting, and what your future guests are actually searching for. We choose the time of year when your property looks its best and build the shoot around it.
- 03
When the Weather conditions align
We film
We stay on property for a few days and capture the full guest experience — from the spaces and surroundings to the moments that make the stay memorable. Video comes first, with photos captured alongside.
- 04
once we have the content
We create, post & reply
We publish across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, write the captions, answer comments and DMs, and guide interested guests towards your booking page. Each month, you get a clear overview of what people watched, saved, shared and clicked.
What it costs
Most partners invest 3,700 to 4,300 € a month, trips included.
That is the monthly fee of around 3,500 € plus the content trips at 3,500 to 4,000 € each, spread across the year. Twelve-month partnerships.
For scale: at 400 € a night, that is about ten extra nights a month.
Is this for you
Built for hotels with a nightly rate above about 250 € and something worth filming. No pitch deck, no call first.
- Trips a year
- One is needed, but for multi-season hotels we require two.
- Channels
- Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, always.
- turning interest into bookings
- Included, written in your hotel's voice.
- Growth model
- Some partners are on a growth model instead: a lower monthly fee plus a share of every booking we can trace to the channel.
Questions hotels ask
Before you write to us.
The questions almost every hotel asks first. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Working together
Which hotels do you work with?
Unique stays: glass igloos, lodges, boutique hotels, places with an experience worth filming. Most of our partners are in Finnish Lapland and Northern Norway, and we travel further when the hotel is right. We take on a small number of hotels per year so both of us can be on every shoot.
When would you come to shoot?
When your hotel looks its best. Many of our partners depend on snow, aurora and light, so we plan trips around the season and the forecast rather than a fixed calendar week. We agree the window together and stay flexible inside it.
How much of our time does this take?
Very little, and that is the point. After the trip we plan, film, edit, publish and answer the comments and DMs. What we need from you is one person we can reach, access to the accounts, and a quick answer when something changes: rates, availability, a room out of use. Nothing has to be approved post by post. When you want to see what is coming, you log into our platform and look.
Do we need to be on TikTok and Facebook as well as Instagram?
Usually yes. The same vertical footage runs on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. TikTok is where younger travellers search for destinations, Instagram is where the booking conversation happens, and Facebook still reaches the guests who book for the whole family. We run all three.
What is Reply-to-book?
A comment or a story reply starts a direct message with the link, the price range or an availability request. It is automated, and it does not sound like it: we first learn your hotel, your seasons and your tone, then write a detailed reply system for the questions guests ask most. When someone needs a person, a person takes over, your front desk or us, as agreed in the proposal. It turns attention on a reel into an enquiry you can answer.
Do you run paid ads?
No. Everything we do is organic. If you want to boost a reel that already works, we will tell you which one and why.
Money and content
Is there a performance-based model?
For a few selected hotels we run a growth partnership with a lower monthly fee and a share of the bookings we generate. It only works where the hotel, the rates and the season make it worthwhile for both sides, so we discuss it after we know your numbers.
Can we do the monthly partnership without a content trip?
No. The trip is where the footage, the story and the DM flows come from; the monthly work runs on it. Most partners do one trip per season. A trip on its own, without the monthly part, works for new openings that need a content bank first.
What happens to the content if we stop working together?
Everything we published for you stays yours, on your channels, for good. On top of that you choose 50 edited clips and 50 photos from a shortlist we prepare after each trip, for your own organic channels. Use in paid advertising is licensed separately, and the full archive belongs to an active partnership.
How long is the partnership?
Twelve months, always. One season builds the audience and the next one turns it into bookings, so a shorter agreement would end before you could fairly judge it. The fee is around 3,500 € a month and the content trips are quoted separately; spread across the year, most partners land between 3,700 and 4,300 € a month.
How do we start?
Tell us about your hotel through the form, it takes about two minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply by email within a week. If it looks like a fit, that email tells you more about how we would work together, and when it still fits for both sides we set up a call.
